Hey I wanted to know exactly what password do we type in when we’re at the final deactivate step because I was just testing Shopify out just on the free trial and I didn’t realize they had charged me but I didn’t actually want the full subscription yet so I’m trying to deactivate before it charges me again and every time I try to type in the password that is supposed to be auto saved it keeps turning Red and saying incorrect password so where do we actually get the password from to shut down

@@vanyvero2007 I've read somewhere else a long time that if you selected the yearly plan, and you decided to stop it later, you'll have to pay all the remaining months, meaning if you selected the yearly plan and used shopify for 5 months and then you decided to close your store, you'll still charged for the next 6 month! I suggest to do more research about this!

bro I dont sell anything in my online store and now after i had the 1 dollar offer i was surprised with 32 dollars being removed from my account its too much for me actually and im really pissed off cuz i could've done something with these 32 dollars i deactivated the account hopefully it works
