They also tricked me into thinking I had canceled a couple weeks ago but I only canceled part of my bundle and they still renewed my original Disney plus. Just an Issue , I can't cancel my subscription. The arrow that should appear doesn't appear, instead of saying Disney+ (monthly) it says "Disney+,Valid through XX ,2021". Which I suppose that it will let me watch disney+ until the mention date, after that I need to pay again manually?

Just so you y’all know. I think you need to go to your smart TV and then click the “setting’s” button when you’re hovering over the “paramount” app. then you can click “manage subscriptions” and cancel it from there. Hopefully that made sense!

That's if you're subscribed to it through your tv. If it's not, you need to go to their website and do it.

I have a question I canceled my subscription the 14th of January because they charged me twice when I reactivated my subscription, they charged me once February 14 in which I didn’t mind cause it was one time but when I Logged into my account it told me restart my subscription, and gave me an option to chose which one I wanted to subscribe to but I didn’t choose because they already charged me, they recently charged me again this month March 14th and the same problem is still happening when I log in it says restart my subscription, it’s weird tho cause I have my email turned on when they recharge me but this passed 2 months they didn’t send an email can someone please help me, I’m pretty sure I have to call the help line and ask them about it but I don’t know
