Tried the methods shown in your video which seemed easy BUT when I get to the click on Settings part it takes me to a screen that doesn't allow me to MANAGE my subscription but only ADD to my base plan. Have tried DOZENS of times to no avail. Husband is a stroke survivor from COVID and he signed up for this, not knowing what he was doing. I have been trying to cancel for THREE MONTHS but they charge my credit card every month. We don't use the service. I have disputed with the credit card company but they ultimately just process the charge. PLEASE tell me what I can do to STOP this subscription as we're elderly and on a very fixed income!
