How to Capture Your Screen in 1080P with Camtasia

Although the screen recording option let's you record at full 1920x1080, when it is automatically imported into Camtasia the Editing Dimensions will default to 1280x720 which creates a black border around your video. The trick is simply to change the setting, close the program and open it back up! I hope this discovery helps you as much as it did me.
