This is really neat I am not sure how the image can be covered with paint and pull an image. It would seem the paint would mix. I will try this to find out.

Love, love, love this art form. Is it necessary to seal a print when using the glittery shadows as you did in your first example? If so, what should be used? Thank you!

Not really necessary as it already gets sealed in the paint that you use to pull the print. But to be really safe you could use a fixate for pastels or apply a layer of matte medium in the plate and print that on top.

Terrific! QUESTION: if you use pastels or mica powders (eye shadow, etc) do you need to bond these agents afterward (to prevent smearing)? Or does the acrylic paint bond them enough? It is safe to add Gum of Arabic to the powders before adding them to plate?
