UV resin will be good for a single cast but not multiples, because the thing heats up when it hardens, and given that the Oyumaru softens with heat it will lose detail *very* quickly. If you need to make more than one cast of the same thing better use something else (Green Stuff, resin that doesn't heat up, etc.), or just accept it and remake the mold each time (not like it takes long to do :P)

what about two sided mold, can uv resin be used?? as the UV can't get to the resin....

Yes it works, so long as you buy clear oyumaru as its made in many different colors. You need to make aure to cut a vent hole in the mold to be able to slightly over fill the mold and have some place for air bubbles to escape. I do find however that whenever casting uv resin in a 2 part oyumaru mold the uv resin tends to have air pockets trapped inside that dont actually form until its begin curing so your casting ay end up semi hollow. Haven't quite figured out why it does this or how to remedy it .
