You need more videos like this, showing how fishing really is, show the spots that didn't produce, and show how the work pays off.

Thanks for all the insight! One of my biggest problems in the winter is staying warm. If you haven’t already done it, I think a cold weather gear review video could be really useful and informative.

As a bank beater I would love to here your approach from my side also. You throwing an A-rig talking about not being afraid to fish shallow. I throw an A rig from the bank and catch fish but those I fish with are weary to do so. Winter is rough, wet and cold from bank. Would appreciate a “ winter bank beater approach” video. And not about ponds. You guys are the best. Thank you for everything.

Caught a few in the Philadelphia area yesterday. Small jerkbaits have been the key recently in the cold. I mean 3.5-4 pounders on pointer sp minnow 65 size. That's small! But getting 'em.

Great point at the end of the video. I fished a highland reservoir at the end of October and it was at least 15’ lower than when I had previously fished there in the springtime. I saw old roadbeds, culverts, concrete foundations, etc. Even though I didn’t catch any fish that day I learned a lot about that fishery

Enjoyed the video Tim, I love when you guys incorporate some time on the water! My only chance to go this week was the day after the cold front..sure wished I could have been out there when it hit! It was the full moon too! I got to go after and I knew the bite was going to be extremely tough so I headed to the rip rap. I threw a shrooms finesse jig(brown and black) with a pit boss and nearly scratched a nice limit for the conditions. Bagged several over 2 and one 3, but then lost a 3 and one over 2. It stings when you work so long for a bite and pop off right at the boat!! Have a blessed afternoon guys!

@heavenshound67753 жыл бұрын
the bass don’t act that much differently just because its 64 above water, the fish still remain staged in winter holes or tight to shallow cover due to the water remaining relatively the same temperature as it did before. Catch a bass tomorrow when it’s 66 and take time to notice and feel how cold it still is although the air and environment above ground feels warm.
