Good morning Andrew, from Thailand. I will try this method in my pond. The fish in my pond are grown to eat but are very difficult to catch on rod and line sometimes. The fish look like a cross between a Perch and a Bass, and they grow to about 6 pounds, great sport on lite tackle. Love this video, I really miss fishing my local canal in the UK.

Inspired me to take my fly rod to my local pool for the perch there.

I've had similar luck with small blue gills using a tiny fly like that as well. Great video!

Caught my first roach on a lure from one of your previous vids (tungsten bead and cut down stone fly nymph) using my kuying Teton, happy days. Thanks for the tips.

Hi Andrew, Another great video. I am just switching my tactic for pike. I mean target pike with small lures like 7-12cm (more likely 8-11). Could you do video in a similar lure range? Covering setup like rod, line, leader etc? It would be super helpful

I've got plenty of videos when pike is target on these kinds of lures.

@@TieToCatch your KZbin name suggests that you may have some experience in this type of fishing. Have you done any videos of spinning with flies yourself?
