Port St Johns a gem of the Transkei is renowned for producing Garrick and Kob this time of the year as we anxiously await the annual sardine run. Andre Henn and Kumarin Naicker did a trip to Port St Johns, accommodated by the lovely Spotted Grunter Resort. This three-day trip was saved by the prince of the ocean.
