Fly fish? Jerkbaits? Or jigs? What’s your guys favorites?
@MountainStateAngler4 жыл бұрын
Good stuff my dudes! I LOVE jerkbait fishing and fly fishing rivers. I take both just incase I come across a nice pool for some jerkbait fishing and if i see a good run throw the fly rod. Glad you didn't get hurt by the snake. Good video buddy!

Great job guys! Man I hate those rattlesnakes though. Way too many of them in Montana where I like to fish. Despite the snake I would love to fish the Miracle Mile! This video makes me want to fish there even more!

Yeah it was definitely scary, but definitely get down there and jig fish it sometime! You’d smoke em!

This is a tricky question… I’m Australian and coming to Jackson Hole in early March… I’m bringing a telescopic rod and some trout lures we use here in Australian rivers… do you think I’m wasting my time ‘thinking’ I’ve gut a chance of landing a trout while there’s still snow around??… it doesn’t matter if I don’t catch a fish, it would be nice just to cast a line and watch the gorgeous surroundings! Dave, down under!
@ThatsAGoodFish Жыл бұрын
Honestly man it just depends where you’re at but I’ve been on multiple rivers in that area when snow is on the ground and I’ve caught fish.

That is awesome! Too close to rattlesnakes for my comfort! Crazy how many “BIGS” are caught! Thanks for posting! This is awesome

Awesome vid and fishing! Wish I would have gone to the Miracle Mile while I was up there! Luckily I never ran into any rattlesnakes while fishing, just a bunch of mosquitos lol

Do it if you get the chance! The fishing is just insane, and the sheer size is amazing! The rattlesnake definitely was a surprise!

Love the tip at 4 minutes because that's my mindset about it especially with browns their opportunistic eaters and will hit it if it's in front of them! :)

Always fish with a pistol with snake shot. Kill the snake and keep fishing, leaving the snake only lets the next guy get bit.
@ThatsAGoodFish2 жыл бұрын
Wasn’t sure if you could just kill them.

I especially love the part where you air out exactly where you're at and what river your on. The only thing you forgot to do was geotag every exact hole you caught them in. I suppose it doesn't matter to someone who doesn't live here though. This is why Wyomings rivers are so whored out. Bummer....really is a shame.
