Therefore I think the nests you are looking at are barn swallows nests.

Those are cliff swallows. Barn swallows are blue with white underbelly and make a cup nest (open top). Cliff swallows are dark tops with white underbelly and make these wholly-enclosed mud nests with opening. Let them fly and eat up all the skeeters flying around you - and you will be appreciative of swallows.

Awesome video brother thanks for bringing us along the birds that you were inquiring about our called barn swallows. And one of the best places you could possibly fish for catfish where you are is right there under that bridge the catfish are always looking for a meal and they've caught on to the droppings from the bird's nest and a few times every now and again those Catfish get lucky and eat one of those birds when they hit the water drop your bait straight down below those nest you will hook a 100 lb catfish

Those would be barn swallows. When they build nest under bridges like that it is always good to drop a bait down right under where they nest because more often than not there is a big ole catfish under there waiting for a baby bird to fall out.

Those are Cliff Swallows, I am pretty sure. We have both barn and cliff swallows here in MS. Typically the cliff swallow will build its nest with the opening on the side of the nest, and the barn swallow has the opening on the top of the nest.

Those birds that make the mud nests along the bridges are called swallows. They migrate down to Mexico in the winter time and come back in the spring to have their babies.
