Great info. Nice Trout. I’m wanting to get up there and try off a kayak. The dog is the most mellow I heard while a fish is on or being netted.

Great job! I was out there today Sunday and had to work for them. 9-2 with a fish every hour. Used similar trigger spoons.

Is it better not to use a dodger for toplining? Or for this time of year?
@catchamerica2 ай бұрын
Don’t over use dodgers

I used to be an avid dodger troller for trout. That changed last year when I met Cal and others. It is so much better to fish without dragging additional gear.

I'm on a kayak. Where would you launch for best area? I've always launched at Capella (spelling?) I drive there from Santa rosa so that's the closest launch but I'll drive further to avoid paddling on the water for an hour or more to get to the fish. Suggestions are greatly appreciated as are your awesome tips. I've really improved my fishing thanks to you!!
