Now, as everyone knows, I'm a big soft plastics fishing fan and usually when I head to the Goulburn River I'm flicking plastics like it's going outta fashion. But today, I've decided to go back to my trout fishing roots and spend the day chasing Goulburn River trout on hardbody lures.
Speaking of lures, I stocked up on a range of Fishcraft lures to try throughout the day and I must say - i was pretty darn impressed! Especially the Feisty 55 in silver shad - that thing was a Goulburn trout magnet!

Where abouts along the Goulburn do you typically go?

@mathewortega6529 Hey mate, for targeting trout I fish between Molesworth and Eildon. Basically just find a bridge or parking spot close to the river and walk up or downstream depending on access 👍
