How to celebrate Mabon | Ideas & Rituals for the Autumn Equinox

Hi, my lovely witches, pagan and Wiccan friends!
Today you can celebrate the autumn equinox with me. Now what is Mabon in its core and what do we celebrate during autumn equinox? Do you know how to celebrate Mabon and what cottage witchery traditionally starts this time of year?
I want to share some folklore, bavarian and pagan traditions with you, give you autumn equinox ritual ideas, and of course, do some Mabon-themed kitchen witchery! Without apples or pumpkins!
In today's Autumn equinox celebration we will ground and reflect in the misty morning fields, learn more about Michaelitag and the Things of the Germanic tribes, reflect on the 4 pillars of Mabon, bring balance and calm into our lives, witch up some magical plum rolls, do a fall-clean out of my closet, visit the local farmers market, cook up a true kitchen witches' Mabon feast and last but not least learn how to turn said feast into a communal Autumn equinox ritual. Completely broom-closet-witch-friendly!

Plum rolls (dough)
x 500 g flour
x 125 g butter
x 250 ml warm milk
x 50 g Zucker
x 1 Tbsp salt
x 1 pck active dry yeast
Plum rolls (filling - quick and easy version)
x 6 hands full of plums
x sugar to taste
x cinnamon, anise, cardamom, cloves and a swig of vanilla

Omg, the trying on of old clothes and softly scrunching the fupa, sooo me!! It's been so hard for weight loss, I've only been able to loose a little weight since the pandemic weight gain. Hello doll, I am in the same boat, I searched weight loss soup on YT & found Leek Soup. Cheap, nutritious & I have lost a bit. Also have a weight loss shake for every breakfast & drink more water. 1 glass before any main meals. Rotate on a 3 day week, high carbs day 1, pasta, or rice, potato, Medium day 2 & low day 3 then start again. This confuses your metabolism into burning more off than it would normally. I was size 22 ( UK) in Feb am now an 18! Good luck. Bless to thee well doll. X X X

I have been gathering ingredients t to create a pot of Pashofa ( a creamy corn chowder type of soup) since my small Coven is hosting another Coven to attend our Equinox. @@Thewitchescookery I don't particularly care for Pashofa bit this is the correct time of year to make it. Besides , it's not as 8f I am making it exactly like my grandmother did , I have added a few items to make it more to my personal tastes. Things like ripe persimmons and some diced venison
