You will have to replace the the Pickup Roller Assembly if you are getting the following errors:
-309.609 Tray 1 (MPT)/ 2/ 3/ 4/ 5 Feed/ Retard/ Nudge Roll
-371.105 Reg Sensor On Jam (Tray2/3/4/5)
-Paper fails to pick up from the tray
(should leave a black mark where the roller was spinning)
