Same issue I had they are known for fueling issues replace the fuel filter pump and injector should be good again for years

If he switched gears thru the wheelies he can go faster while not tryna blow the shit up revving it in same gear

Did you take the clear rubber cap off the bottom , I did the same thing and mines still Boggs , new fuel pump and fuel filter
