How to change a vacuum hose machine end

I’ve had this vacuum for a few years now and it’s still going strong. kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was cleaning it today and thinking about how much I love no bags to buy and that it comes apart for easy clean up. When I first purchased it we had two dogs and a cat and it kept up well. The suction was great then and still is now. I’m always amazed at the amount of hair it picks up, it works better than any other vacuum I’ve had for pet hair. The attachments are handy and work well. It’s easy to use with arthritic hands. I just had to come write a review because I’m still so pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic. I had a split in my attachment end and every post I came across said to either cut the hose and reattach or bin the whole pipe! I knew there was an easier and more economical way. Thank you so much.

On mine, the collar, where the hose goes into the machine body, doesn't use clips. Instead, you unscrew the collar, which is attached to the hose. Hose and collar come off together.

The cuff is the end, the bend is an attachment that goes on the cuff. I ordered a new hose for this NV682 List away shark and the replacement hose does not seem to want to get in the ends. I thought maybe thee was some trick to it and I looked here. this is so weird . It's like this video was made for that brand and it was never told. Like what you have there is standard. LOL
