That looks like a K&N filter, clean and re-oil.

sooo she doesn’t mention to grease it if you haven’t before, it’s not gonna come off that easily. also you’re gonna have a hassle trying to put the clips back on if you do it that way their supposed to clip outward not in.

The grease on the lip is not to help with seizing's its to help catch the debris/dust trying to enter that way. The clips were in that orientation from the factory.
