How do you get install a custom recovery on a phone that doesnt have one in the first place? - ive tried fasboot mode and adb boot "file" and recovery and it just boots up into my normal phone and clearly doesnt do anything, I cant really follow yours as I don't have the custom recovery in the first place, so what do I do now? thanks!

No need to root to install or change custom recovery

@@Craxoid But Recovery Mode only works with root? When I want to enter the mode, every app tells me I have to root my device. (Recovery Reboot etc.)

@@bioodynine5249 Nope theres no limitation like that. The way you do it is you unlock the bootloader. after that u turn ur phone off, reboot to fastboot, then select recovery

If someone has custom rom installed in their phone, then it's 100% sure that they have already installed adb setup (for fastboot commands) and have platform tools in their PC/Laptop. So I guess it's not necessary to instruct us to install it everytime 😅. But yes, maybe they might use different computer to do this process so they need to install them, but that's a very small probability 😁

To clarify, the laptop I used in my previous KZbin videos was not actually mine. It belonged to a friend of mine, and I had borrowed it for a day about a month ago to record some videos. Unfortunately, I was quite busy with the video creation process and did not have the opportunity to learn much about the laptop's specific make and model.
