2.45 you need brake fluid in the bottle!! The end of the tube needs to be submerged in fluid otherwise it just sucks air back in system

Good 👍 explanation one question is my brake lever does not return back to the original position when pressed there is a slight delay sensor switch does not contact because of this delay using an electric bike.

The mechanism is almost the same across disc break setup... check for the break fluid level also if the piston rubbers (under RESORVIOR) has some leake then the lever will not return on time the entire setup has to work on 100% compression level or else you will have such problem.

My first reaction to seeing fluid in that condition would be to strip the master cylinder and caliper(s) to check for corrosion, clean them out and replace the seals. Brake fluid absorbs water from the air and after years of neglect, this will cause corrosion inside the system.

It was not serviced since long and if you use dot 3 than the life span is lil less as compair to dot 4.

You need to make sure the air bubble is out some time it takes time press and release slowly it takes time.

Some time it take lil while to settle the oil due to some small air bubble which takes time to get out. The other issue can be with the piston ring for which you get the piston rod set change. Its not that difficult. Currently I didn't have that video on my channel but will come up with soon mean while check for other videos for reference.

Only cars with rear drum brakes use brake fluid. Motorcycles use axis to transfer command from footbrake to rear drum and wire rope to transfer command from handlever to drum. Nobody was born knowing everything, fuck them.

Ya man Mine is still work perfect the way it was on the first day no changes in the reading. 1 bar blinking i guess is around 2 or 2.5 ltrs. 1 bar stable is around 3 ltrs and 2 to 3 bars is around 4 to 6 ltrs.

I fill new oil, Removed air and works perfect . And then after 3-4 km break tightes and i have to lose that drain nipple and need to remove little oil. And works fine but again same problem . If break tights and i stay it for night problem solves but same effect after 3-4 km .. any solution ?

Yes you need to replace the RESORVIOR piston i had the same issue last year and got this fixed the price of that set is around 400rs
