Thanks for sharing. But I'm confused, I don't see any visual difference between the used and new primary gears. That looks like ordinary wear to me, but not enough to cause noise or chatter. Can you help me understand why the existing one is bad? Thank you.

Hey .. that's a great question I have tried to explain this in the video, though it looks a minor wear it did create the issue initially even I was thing the same coz the damage was not much however the clutch basket was new and this primary gear was already used for 50k so it didnt match quite well the new basket damaged the old primary with its new teeth which took around 3k kms for the wear to happen. It work similar like your car tyre like it's recommended to change all the tyre at once if not done so it will have effect the other ones. I hope this helps.
