How to change bulb for outdoor bug zappers

I bought two of these bug zappers both arrived broken and cannot get the company or anyone to reply??? so I fixed 1 of the two and mounted the transformers that came loose on both bug zappers😤 and after only a week of use now they light bulb does not work.pretty good video but get some customer service instead 😤 if the company will not reply to comments left on Amazon how do you expect them to send you another bulb... piece of junk do not buy

I got a new bulb but the unit will not turn on when plugged in...I now have two good bulbs but the unit won't switch the bulbs on? The little plug switch is inserted properly but the bulb stays off

@@bales10131 please make sure after change new bulb, the switch can be activated on the bottom of zapper. if you ignore that switch, zapper can not be light up.
