generally people use engine oil which they use in the crank case, but this engine has seperate clutch case so we have an advantage to use power steering hydraulic oil or (TQ oil) which is best for a clutch.

Hello fellow rider.. my 1990 model Bullet makes sound like a spinning motor from the clutch assembly.. it was taken to a mechanic for inspection.. he adjusted the primary chain tension and also adequately adjusted the air gap between the rotor and stator.. but still the sound doesn’t go off after starting the engine.. any idea what could that be?

Hii thanks for watching the sound which you are telling generally comes when primary chain is too tight, no backlash on cam wheels or the main engine crank shaft bearings are worn, could be any.

Hi clutch plates has nothing to do with ignition, is your engine cranking when you are giving it a swing?

Hi sanal sanu, yes you have been told right this clutch cover is from machismo model of early 2000, though this bullet is from 70’s.
