Hey Tim thanks very much for the videos. I just had a question about putting the new seal on. I was able to get it the new seal on flush without putting the bolt on and a piece of PVC pipe but I wasnt sure if it needs to be flush or if it needs to be just a little more in? I just had a friend of mine who is helping me with the repair ruin my first seal by attempting to tighten it in with the bolt before making sure it's in and didnt want to have to get a 3rd one. Your help is greatly appreciated and keep up the good work!

Hello Evan! Flush would be good the same as I did, because the depth of the hole is the same as the thickness of the seal. Breaking parts doing DIY is natural, it happens to me too. Thanks a lot for watching and for your interest in my videos. Regards and Aloha!

Just curious, did you have to put oil or grease on the seal?
