Great illustration. All of the doors on my VW Touareg have issues. One can not open until you press the door inward. You will then hear a soft click noise and the door will open. I think the locks are all worn out or something. Keep up the good work

I can't open my doors from outside during last winter, almost everytime whenever it was minus degrees outside. If the weather hit 0-1 degress i was able to open the doors from outside. Im intrested to buy new parts but my questions is: Does VW Passat B6 Variant (3C5) 2007 have the same lock replacement like here in tutorial? Best regards!

I forgot the spring also, does that spring affect the locking system would u know?? As my door locks, and cant be opened again from inside or out, (without an opening hack anyhow)...
