Very good quality video, very clear, no fumbling around like me, no cussing, throwing tools. Thank you for this video, seriously.

I had been trying for a long time to know how to change the pad in this type of brakes, and I finally succeeded thanks to you. I thank you very much. Greetings from Spain.

Cool video! I was skeptical of removing the assembly from the fork on my bike because I might screw up the alignment. I removed the wheel instead for open access during uninstall and cleaning of the brake area.

I just bought a used bike to ride around the neighborhood and I found out it came with Juicy 7 brakes.. i didn't even know these brakes were hydraulics... This thing brakes really good.

Great, but make sure you don't touch the pads with greasy gloves so you don't get contaminant on the pads! (Else they will squeak or not work as well)

I did this, but now they just constantly breaking. Wonder if there is a way to loosen them. They are just way too tight.

You have a piston stack case.Go to your mechanic or reset pistons mant times using brake cleaner.

did you push the pistons back in to the caliper, be sure they are the right way round. push hard, they should click in to place.

at the shop we had a tool for this for cars, I'm using a pair of needle nose in reverse but I think I may have a seized piston... the brakes felt like shit and the pads are worn pretty good, not to metal but pretty close, the old pads came out in 3 pieces and I can't get the new ones back in as 1 piece... I kno I could release reservoir pressure and test if it is seized but I fear I would have to bleed it then... My 20/20... when u used the flathead at 1:27 I did the same but I would pry WAYYY harder to fully compress piston... fudge fudge fudge. edit: can't say I recommend it but if you put in 1 pad and tension clip then pry back the clip from the top with a small flathead then ease in 1 side of the remaining pad into the pryed open side then pry the other side and fully insert the pad you can avoid fully depressing caliper pistons... that being said I think my issue may not be only the pads , as the pads are dragging on the disk enough to impact freespin. I will ride it and if it does not work itself out I'm gunna need to bleed it :'( fudge fudge fude x2

@@WingsOfADream1put one in with the clip, take the brace out from the back. Get a mini screwdriver and pull the brake pad holder until you can get the other brake pad into place

Here's an idea....how about some actual spoken guidance rather than this ridiculously LAME music you've used here?? Would make the video 100X more useful.
