I jave an iphone and doesn’t work too. I can’t place the music wherever i want. It’s always starting on the beginning of the video! And i’ve installed all instagram updates… maybe it’s a country thing and not androids and iphones… can anybody help us?

This its pissing me off. I have 2 accounts and in my main account i FUCKING CAN'T vary the length of the audio, in the secondary account I CAN! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SHITT! Ive updated to the most newest version, ive uninstalled and reinstalled the damn app again, ive tried to upgrade to perofesional account, ive tryied in other devices and theres no fucking way...damn shit instagram...

I don’t know…I remember being able to perfectly adjust when the music starts. Eg: music starts from 0.00 of the track at 2.56 of the video. But now i cant even do that? Which is so annoying.

This is my first time trying to make a reel because Instagram's UI doesn't facilitate tall pictures even though reels take up the entire screen. I have never used something lacking in basic features or utility that was so limiting in its scope. Your tutorial helped but wow is Instagram's creator tools absolutely horrendous.

@@jennwithjune ugghhh I've tried to search every which way for how to edit music length in Instagram reels on Android and what do I get? NOTHING. Or, I get how to do it in an IG STORY or on the iPhone. Great search results, Google. I'm just trying to figure out why the app won't let me increase the length of music. I choose a song and I get the "choose the part you want for your reel" but that "part" that it lets me select is only 27 seconds long. I'm so frustrated, sitting here for an hour+ trying to find an answer ANYWHERE. Even if it's just someone saying "yeah, IG won't let you do that," at least I'd freaking know.

I have a Samsung Android phone and I currently can't adjust the length of the audio as well. In the past I could but now I can't. Wonder if the update is flawed for Android phones. :/

I'm not seeing the music yellow section at all. It's impossible for me to open the music pane under the video and impossible to trim the music piece that I want to keep. Help? I'm using an Android phone.😅

So I cant have music running through my whole reel? The slide only plays a tiny piece of the song and just doesnt keep playing to the end of the reel. It cuts off in middle of word and keeps reoeating like a broken record record! Facebook story or reel doesnt have that problem when adding music.

It could be that the audio clip you picked is shorter than the reel.
