I was struggling with that on my AWEI T21. On that it need to be preesed 3 times. And indeed it is important to disconect other bluetooth device and then press 3 times to change language. Good luck!

yo if you have Pugs BT Headset, turn off blue tooth, when it starts paring press and hold the power button and the plus button at the same time, and it shall switch between Chinese and English. heeheh i threw out the instructions a while ago. thank you for posting this video

By the way. I have a switch powered Bluetooth not a button one. What I did was all his first steps then I switched it on and pushed and held the pause button. Hope this helps
