i12 TWS Full Factory Reset And Language Change Chinese To English

This is reset the default factory settings for the red label i12 tws Airpods clones. It may work with other devices or you can look through the playlist of other airpods reset videos here: • TWS Airpod Troubleshoo...
To change language.
Charge the box and pods.
Start with the pods in the case and make sure you have removed the pods from any devices in the bluetooth settings and "forgotten" them.
Take out a single pod and wait for a few seconds and then tap the touch sensor 4 times.
Put the pod back in the case and make sure it starts charging.
Repeat for the other side.
For a factory reset
Same as before but tap five times until the red led flashes then put back in the case. Repeat for both sides.

Hi. I tried doing this and the following happened. When I tapped the earbuds (separately) 4 times, nothing happened, but when I had them connected to each other and in my ears, and tapped them each 5 times, that changed the language. However, they seem to fail to reset by being tapped 5 times. Would you happen to know any way to fix the problem where the left earbud becomes the right and all the control gestures are got inversed, i.e. when I double tap the left earbud the volume is decreased instead of increased as per usual :( Any input is appreciate. I would recommend letting the two buds go completely flat and then give them both a full charge. This is actually the recommendation of the manufacturers if you are experiencing connectivity issues or dropouts. If you try this and still get problems i would consider speaking to the retailer or stockist and start a return as it is quite likely they have a hardware fault that would not be something the end user is able to fix or repair.

Hi Morgan Williams I would recommend first make sure the contact points are all cleaned and try using some alcohol or electrical contact cleaner to make sure it is perfectly clean and all the prongs make good contact. Also do the same for the USB port and maybe try using a different cable just to eliminate that as a potential problem. If all that doesn't work, you are best off trying to contact the seller and requesting a replacement or refund.
