Why did u half to replace it i have. Q20 and I need help with the back tire I think i might not have put something on right but it allows me to ride for bout 10 mins then for some reason the back left side keeps coming off the frame

I actually fixed. It !! U half to make sure them latches are on they are the black peaces that go behind the bolt one should go on each side

Whenever I go over a bump my Ridstar turns off and when I throttle it make a scratchy noise it also say e02 every time I start but goes away after I go up a gear do I need a whole new Ridstar or a new motor I need help

@@NoahBarnard-u3i it’s a loud grinding noise when you try to use the motor, you might have broken planetary gears but the best way to check for sure is to take the motor apart
