Well...so far, I really haven't had a chance to range test the battery yet. This summer I have it on the to do list.

Great video 👍…I’m on board with you about it being a great bike …I just don’t like the stiffness of the overall ride due to shitty suspension components which I will soon adress in the shape of a new rear mono shock and probably new inverted bmx forks 😃🚴…i have the Q20 Pro and the range so far is outstanding…although I’m still trying to figure out how to activate the front motor 🤪Enjoy the ride man !

i just got it and i love it. The only thing i hate is the battery. It’s SUPER fun when u first get it then and after a while, When the battery drops you don’t really wanna turn back around and go home when the battery starts to drop 😂 but it’s cool. Also another thing, if you’re a shorter rider don’t be off put from how big it is. I’m 5’3 and i can ride it perfectly. As you did mention in the video i cannot flatfoot but it’s not that bad as to where i’m falling off as soon as i get on.

I desperately need some help my Q20 wont wrk the throttle nor pedal assist is working and when I twist throttle I hear a clunk in the controller I cnt evn get it in wlk mode someone plse help me I checked the connections & settings nothing

sorry dude..cant help ya. I'd suggest take it to an ebike repair shop and bite the bullet. Ridstar may be able to send you parts...but I highly doubt it. Unless you can fix it your self...I strongly doubt ridstar will be any help.

the battery is shit , the brakes suck and the front forks bottom out over a pebble....No..Dont buy one.

Still works great at almost 1000k. Only bitch is its near impossible to get brake pads.
