All profiles on Truecaller are unmoderated by Truecaller employees, and are entirely up to the user to control. That is what the disclaimer in Truecaller means.

Name changes don't happen if just one person suggests a new name. If you want to take control of your profile, you need to download the app in your app store or www.truecaller.com/download

That is not how Truecaller works. Anyone can 'suggest' but we do not change names based on that exactly. When we say names are 'unmoderated' it simply means Truecaller employees do not moderate the names within the app.

Wrongly first i uninstalled truecaller then installed again but while filling the deatils they are saying name not allowed enter a valid name why this happening

This depends what type of name you are trying to enter. If it's on our blacklist (celebrities, words that are considered bad, government agencies, authorities, etc)....If it's your true name, you need to contact our support for us to take a look: support.truecaller.com
