Bro you just saved my life with this. Confirmed the "all you need is a wrench, a jack, and a container to catch the engine oil.". Now I can change my oil and filter whenever necessary without spending too much money and shit not being done right. I forever thank you fam 🙏🏾💙💪🏾☯️👏🏾💯

Great informative video, quick and to the point. I like how you showed each step not assuming everyone knows exactly where everything is. I recently changed my egr valve and the video I watched the guy already had everything taken apart I didn't know that I needed to take off all of my antifreeze hoses to get to it. Thanks again even though it was a simple oil change that 5 min. I would've left the oil cap on while draining now I know it helps the flow.

I currently have an 05 chrysler pacifica touring myself haha (mf's rusted tf out and in need of repairs, so I'm tinkering with it to teach myself the mechanic's game ha)

For the record you will also need a low profile jack unless you have access to a garage with a lift or a mechanics trench for working under the car like this guy.

Ok so when the engine oil light pops up it needs an oil change? I'm a women nd my husband is in jail it's his first time in 10 years of being together idk what to do pls someone help

If the oil light comes on while engine is running then you don't have oil pressure. That could be dangerous.

I had a quick question about this, I was wondering when you said you had to take the rubber seal off once you take the oil filter off, does the new one oil filter come with a new?

Also, the reason for oiling the new filter gasket on the engine side is to ensure there is no damage to the gasket on the engine mounting side from friction during installation.
