And he didnt use a new seal fore the oil pan screw, and didnd show the the oilcan in the board computer have to switch off, and he didnt use a torgue wrenche, and he didnt do enought oil on the new seal from the oil filter and and and... This is what i see and i'm not even a mechanic... Blame on you

you can't even spell *replace. It also doesn't matter which order its done in. As long you dont start the vehicle with the new filter and old oil.

Why does filter come with so many O ring washers ?

In this case, there is one O-ring on the oil filter cover. Oil is supplied to the filter under pressure and for this there is an O-ring in the cover so that oil does not leak. Please clarify the time of the fragment on this video, where you saw more O-ring washers besides the one that is installed on the cover.
