Summary: 1. DUA: To change yourself first make Dua. And for that you must fulfil it's ingredients. First is admit (aeitraf). Kis baat k? K mere ander bht masail hain. Ya Allah, mujhe wesa kr dain jesa apko lagtaa hai k main hu. Second "revival of motivation and determination". Your internal dialogues should have maximum.proportion of duaa. 2- Understand what you need to change. 3- Understand the factors that are not letting you change. 4- Ask those around you about you. Fair feedback lain or uspe kaam krain or justifications na dain. 5- Find mentors who is wise and has character and to who, this dunya is worthless. 6- Apne sath time lagayain. Apna audit krain. Or daikhain main pichle saal Kya change krna chah raha tha apne ander or aj Kya krna chah raha hu. Mere ander ye top three cheezain Ani chaahye. Is tarah se. Apne sath waqt guzarain.

1. Make Duas. Have the courage to confess. 2. Ask for fair feedback. Listen to criticism. Your biggest "Muhsin" is the one who gives you feedback. Your biggest enemy is the one who praises you in front of you. 3. Have a mentor. Seek the mentor who have these qualities (1) Wisdom/Knowledge (2) Character/ خوف خدا (3) Who underestimates worldly things or despise the world 4. Spend time with yourself. For changing oneself a person must spend time with himself and have a check on himself annually.
