How to change position F1 to GT style on T3PA-PRO pedals

Here I show how to change position of the pedals from F1 style to GT style on T3PA-PRO ADD-ON Thrustmaster.
2 DIFFERENT POSITIONS:
1. Floor-mounted position (F1-style)
2. Suspended position (GT-style)
The clutch and accelerator pedals i flip with button MODE on the wheel base Thrustmaster T300RS. Hold the button MODE for 2 or 3 of seconds and will change the color of the LED. By default the light is red(F1), and you must set it to green(GT). This mean you flip the pedals. And the wheel base remember your choice forever until you hold again button MODE.

I know it's a late comment, but you forgot to flip the black plastic angle piece behind the pedals. Unless your rig angle the pedals, flip the plastic piece upside-down will angle it in GT mode.

Great vid, man! But those 2 difficult wing nuts were challenging. I finally got an idea to hold the wing nuts with a magnetic pickup wand while I guided the threaded rod into it. But your video was spot on, including the dropping of things and the not ready for prime time Allen wrench that was included.

When looking at the pedals I was so confused about how they switched directions and me being me I completely forgot that you could unscrew the whole pedal. I'm planning to eventually buy the T3PA and TH8A for my T300RS and videos like these will certainly help!

I think so, because the pedals have metal stand and many holes on it with different variations for settings.

I'm pretty sure the holes on my metal foot plate are drilled wrong. When putting it in GT mode, the holes are too far inward so they don't line up with the holes on the black mounting bracket.

If they fit in F1 style will fit in GT style. When changing position of the pedals your not change the dimension. Is like a half square.

+mohanad rahieem This pedals do not have USB cable its telephone connector. Must be connected to the base wheel stand. In the pedals do not have any processor or software to be possible to connect directly to the computer.

koti project there is an adapter for it on thrustmaster website so u can use it as a standalone usb device

+Marcus Chong Yes! But... the quality of the keys is "made in china" and i use allen keys Würth because one of the original keys broke in video when recording :)))) Just be careful.

wow thanks for the quick reply! hmm unfortunately i bought my T3PA off someone on ebay, and it doesnt come with any of the tools. Was thinking of switching my pedals to the GT style. So this is not possible without the bits and pieces that Thrustmaster supply you with? Also can the GT/Rally Style be used the same way (e.g. floor mounted), or does it need to be hardmounted to a racing chair setup? Many thanks!

+Marcus Chong When i ordered the pedals, all of the keys was in the package. Must have all keys inside ! May be they are forgotten when packaging. By the way is good to have all of this allen keys, because you can used it for many purposes. For the second question: Yes, its very stable. But is good to have something heavy back to the pedals if you want more stable. Example i use the original box of the pedals with somethings inside.

there are holes to hard mount the pedals in "GT mode". They are by the front of the set beneath the diamond plate., There are only two holes but it work fine mounted to my GT Omega wheel stand.
