​@@allstarmedical It's an interesting model. I have a 2002 triporter, the 2018 Quad is so similar you could actually clip on the front. Very functional except for these little glitches... They love their velcro!

It was hard getting the battery out due to the velcro, but with some consistent wriggling and force I managed to peel it off. I reused it as the batteries would be loose otherwise

How you know when the is not good

You can get the batteries tested. If they are swollen looking you are dealing with over charged batteries. If the chair want last around 6 hours or more it's probably a good indication you need batteries. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

4:33 what is a "WATT VOLTAGE" mate ? You have 13.6 V DC , 1.8A which gives us 24.48 Watts what is Watt Voltage ? 4.55 "This is the connector" it's called a BLADE CONNECTOR, FYI
