How to change roof rubber moulding - Perodua Myvi 07 . Simple and fast fix.

Hey guys happy new year. So this video is about me changing the roof rubber mould. Recently its been raining heavily and i notice there were some water leaking into the cabin. My first suspect is the rubber mould and further inspection showed the rubber were very loose siiting up there. So i decided to change and hopefully this will help solve the problem. Also another to consider are the door rubbers as well but from what i see they are still pretty good. Hope yall like this video and subscribe to my channel for more videos like this.

very useful video, it really help a lot and save alot by buying the part ourself and diy, I have bought the part online after watching the video, i thought that not easy to assembly, but i am wrong ,it is very easy to assembly thanks to this tutorial video, can save a lot if compare with send the car to replace the part in workshop that cost more then rm100.

Doesnt really do much except guiding the water to flow into the front windshield and the rear boot drainage. But for long term it would better to have the rubber.

from what i see on both edges of the mould rubber, there is a welding joint. This joint over time will start to have a small hole. quite common for old cars and more over expose to water and heat.

So in the middle part doesnt need to apply any sticky material to make it stuck at the body?? Just give a preassure with thumb only??
