Hi. If the cable it is compatible should be the same size. You can adjust the length by spining the nut from inside near the hand break, and make sure the springs at the weel are in place and are keeping the cable tight

@@homegarage3459 I bought 2 new one replaced them and this lenght differnce is still on.. I don't know what's the matter. By the way the whole handbrake is weak. I can't slide the wheels like u but also the brake shoes are new..
