ik im 4 years late, but the recolor tool is way better for this, it even lets you keep the dirt and shading on the blue parts while changing the color

In UAE.exe. Then click at a texture you want then at "DDS PREVIEW" to the right, click the "enabled" button. right click "Extract this file"
