Excellent instructional video. I have used many of your videos to figure things out, even though I have the maintenance manuals, which sometimes leaves you wondering about things.

Excellent job on the replacement and well done on the instructional video!! I have a 2005 Yamaha Rhino 660 that has a bad squeak coming from the driver's front wheel whenever the machine is moving and in a left turn. It rarely ever makes a sound with the wheels straight or making right turns. But left turns to even the slightest extent produces the squeak which cycles in proportion to the speed of tire rotation. Do you think there is a good chance it's a bad hub bearing? If not, any other suggestions on what to check? Thanks.

John, my '02 Big Bear knuckle is not set up like the Grizzly. Mine has a machined ring between the two wheel bearings with a small spacer contacting the inner races so the bearings can't be pressed out. Do you have a solution for this. Thanks.

What about greasing the bearing?
@armyuvme
@armyuvme 4 ай бұрын
They are sufficiently greased from factory. Adding more will cause the bearing balls to slide rather than turn, resulting in premature heat and wear. This is an all-too-common mistake folks make, thinking that more grease is better and that the manufacturer purposely greases sparing to sell more bearings.

Start at the plug and start testing power supply backwards to the battery. It will help figure out where the power stops.

Could anyone tell me hoe to delete fault code on grizzly 700. I get fault code 14 (air preasure sensor), but i don't know how erase it. I will try to do step by step from repair manual but unsuccessfully. Deleting fault codes To delete fault codes, ground the EPS self-diagnosis signal connector 3 or more times within 5 seconds while the present or past malfunction mode is activated. T The problem is that I cannot to start engine. From repair manual: "After the engine has been stopped, the lowest fault code number appears on the odometer/tripmeter LCD. Once a fault code has been displayed, it remains stored in the memory of the ECU until it is deleted." If I will be able to delete fault, but it will appears again that will told me that I need change something (perhaps - air preasure sensor).

Had the same issue on a 2011 550 and it was the starter locked up. New starter fixed it. But there are alot of things it could be.

4:23 ... what about a JIS driver?
@dirtbikeheaven1129

That was my first thought when he used the impact driver. I have a set of small JIS screwdrivers, none are big enough to remove those bolts, so I use the impact driver with the best fitting Phillips tip.

It’s probably those top and bottom spacers. I call them kingpins, they look like a piston wrist pin but if they are worn, they will allow play in the wheel very similar to a bad wheel bearing. I have replaced those spacers and the rear wheel bearings several times on my 2009 550 Grizzly.
