How much torque on the lower shock absorber bolt? Manual has the linkage and top bolt but not the lower. Is it the same?

Is there a video on how to take off the linkage for lubrication? The manual states it should be done more frequently in wet muddy conditions, but there is nothing in the manual explaining the procedure. Please help.
