How to change the steering box dust covers

The steering box boots prevent dust, water or any dirt from entering the rack, causing rust and ultimately failure of the steering box.
To change the steering box dust covers, we must cut the wire or plastic locks, remove the damaged dust cover rubbers, clean all accumulated dirt and rust.
Verify that the steering rods do not have play or mechanical leaks.
Grease the whole set, install the new dust covers, put insurance.
Take care to mount the lock nuts with the same spacing so as not to alter the alignment of the tires.
