How to Change the System language across your entire Windows 10 PC

You don’t have to be stuck with the default Windows 10 language.
If you prefer to use a different language, you can change it any time you want. This is particularly helpful if you are sharing your PC with other users who prefer different languages.

I am an American English speaker. For some strange reason my windows 10 across the board changed the language to Chinese today. I found this video to learn how to change the language back to English. Since my settings are all in Chinese I have to use the icons to identify what each item is. When it comes to selecting the language, "English, US" and "English UK" are grayed out. They cannot be selected. Why?

I did this, and this helped heaps! The problem is every new driver and software i install, the installation is in the language i removed (Polish, damn you Lenovo!). I checked all the settings, it is not listed anywhere. And sometimes, despite removing it from keybords, my keyboard switches to the removed language - the damned Polish

I followed all the instructions however my Acer Aspire 3 though now in English still boots with a Spanish language welcome screen and all Win 10 update instructions (don´t switch off etc) appear in Spanish.
