How to change the temperature of your fridge or freezer Samsung.

I accidentally shut off Samsung fridge last nite. I reset it to 6°freezer and 34°fridge. Tapping the freeze button shows a setting of 6 then -23. It definitely is not -23° in the freezer. The fridge says it is at 34, but mt thermometer says 50. Temp is going down on both sides but why the wacky readings for the actual temperatures? Amy explanations would be appreciated.

Between 35-37⁰ F. But preferably keep it on 35⁰ F. And see how it goes with you if it still doesn't cool then drop the temperature further down until it gets to your desired coldness.

So how would I get to change the temperature when I touch the freezer button it does not do anything top the refrigerator button is not doing anything on in the meantime my freezer is not freezing please tell me what to do please please I need my freezer to work tonight please

Unplug refrigerator for 30 seconds. Plug it back in. Hopefully this will bring it back to normal settings. Sometimes the buttons on these refrigerators are finicky. Try pushing just to the top or side of the buttons.

PLEASE help. I don't understand the instrucitons. I have watched the video several times. No matter what my fridge is at 46 degrees which is way TOO hot for this weather. I need it at 36 degrees.

Why is my freezer showing between minus 15 to minus 22 and I can't get it to any other number. Same with the fridge it goes only from plus 4 to 7. I can't get it to have it moved to other numbers. My freezer is really going to get cold 🥶

Just got off the phone with Samsung support. Make sure your flex zone is on soft freeze and then you will be able to change the temperature range
