You do it with the steering wheel controls, if you don't want to do it with the steering wheel controls or you don't have any steering wheel controls, then you can do it with the arrow keys on the stereo that look like this "" that are located all the way on the top left corner of the stereo. If your Jetta/Golf did not come with Bluetooth installed from the factory/dealership, then that means your car does not even have Bluetooth. You will have to buy all the wiring and parts you need to install the Bluetooth on your car and install it yourself.
