Thanks for a great video, helped me sort a sticky valve 👌

When do you typically need to do this?
@KranzlePressureWashers5 ай бұрын
Officially around every five years, however these are one of the most reliable valve on the market so I personally would only change them is you got a problem with them for example if the machine got frozen and the valve got crushed, the orings are a consumable item and should be check on the service interval and can be replaced if worn without a full valve kit Valve can get blocked or stuck but can be freed or unblocked easy and quickly and in most cases with no need to change the valve

Right now I'm working on my pump and I'm not very good at it, but now I understand exactly how it works. Do you know the size of the valve rings? I should change them.

The valve orings I presume you mean, if they have signs of wear or seem flat then yes I advise changing them kranzle-pressure-washers.co.uk/products/kranzle-small-valve-oring-kit-150051?_pos=4&_sid=ddfbd5f87&_ss=r

Hi ! Thank you for this video! Do you need to have the oil out of the machine to do this service or can it be done independently from the oil change? Thank you kindly in advance!
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
this procedure is independent of the oil chamber so no need to worry, find out how to do the oil here kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3ycdKhmm66Uh9E

Just curious. I have a 10/122 TS and have now switched to an RO system with a 210 litre water tank. This mean that I need to pull from a tank but I'm not interested in switching to a 7/122 as that's too much of an expense. If I fit the small green valves from a 7/122, do I replace all six, or only the three on the bottom? Thank you.
@KranzlePressureWashers Жыл бұрын
Change all six valves in your 10/122 to the green valves you should have no problems If you’re using RO water I advise to flush thru with normal water if you intend to not use the machine for a while (holidays etc) try not to leave RO water in the pump for long periods

@@KranzlePressureWashers Brilliant! Can you tell me if I need part number 416481, 416121 or 417481? My machine is the latest 2021 model. Thank you.
Hiya , is there anything to be gained by using red K10 valves in a K7 TS with green valves if pulling water from a water butt etc isn’t important? Cheers
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
You would not gain anything just lose the ability to suck from a static water source, and make the machine work alittle harder to open the valves

@@KranzlePressureWashers hi, many thanks. In one of your videos ( think it was the K7 and K10 comparison and what’s best for you ) you mentioned swapping the ‘spring’ over from a 7 to a 10 and visa versa but you didn’t actually touch on why as far as I can remember. I thought you meant the valves but was probably wrong and you were referring to another spring? . All the best and thanks for the reply
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
I just tried (and failed a bit) to explain that: Both 7/122 (green valve) & 10/122 (red valves are exactly the same size and only difference (apart from the colour) is the spring inside the green valve is a softer spring strength than the red one. The only real benefit is if you put the green valve into the 10/122 it is more likely to be able to suck from a water tank, hope this helps

I took the caps off the front of the pump and 2 of the valves looked rusty on the springs. Is this due to sitting in residual water? I tested them and they stilI held water so I put some grease on them but assume they will fail eventually?
@KranzlePressureWashers4 жыл бұрын
eventually they may fail, keep an eye out for a loss of pressure, or juddering pressure

How often should this be done?
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
Checking the valves should really only be done either on a service or if the machine has a fault, Kranzle valve are reliable and last years the oring may need changing from time to time but I would only change the valves if they are twisted or broken

Honestly speaking i own a Brand new Kranzle 1622 i opened the box to find out they now come with NO SIGHT OIL GLASS .not to see the oil and keep a eye on the color of the oil ect.. IS BULL SHIT SCAM CUTTING CORNERS LIKE THAT SHAME ON KRANZLE as a owner I am pissed that You guys/Kranzle are now cutting corners like this .what else has Kranzle cut corners on the inside moving parts .The versions you have there where the best solid built models make by Kranzle . the inside components seal's where changed to a lower quality after that. By cutting corners and selling lower quality 1322/1622 to America will now you by loosing business. Cut it out and bring back the 2020 model builds again
