Wow, can't believe my grandfather's West German pressure washer had the unloader valve locknuts set at the wrong threads all these years. It had full pressure all the years but wouldn't do lower than 60 bar. Goes all the way now without the nylon nut backing out all the way. I suspect it might be the original unloader valve as it needed some new grease but other than that, no blockages, marks, cracked or rotten o-rings etcetera. And its been used by his painting/all-round maintenance business ever since the fall of the berlin wall. Still rocking the old 125.

Might be a stupid question but should you wind (clockwise) the unloader valve all the way in?
@KranzlePressureWashers Жыл бұрын
If the unloader is set up correctly and the unloader is wound in the machine will be on full pressure If it’s wound in and the unloader is not set up correctly then the machine will unload at a too high pressure

Is there any maintenance on the other side of unloader. Or as long as the spring in the valve works is it all good?
@KranzlePressureWashers4 жыл бұрын
yes there is a Ball, Seat and Spring at the other side of the unloader, are you having troubles?
@garybyrne24204 жыл бұрын
Kranzle Pressure Washers the unloader doesn’t increase or decrease the pressure at the gauge. Only goes to about 650 psi. Will it be the O rings on the unloader as the end of it doesn’t seem to be distorted in any way?

I have a kranzle160 TST. Left it out in the recent heatwave doubt that was the real cause lol. However the actuator is not operating the push switch. It's a attach to the pump body behind pressure gauge. Any suggestions please

@@KranzlePressureWashers managed to fix it. It was a limescale build up in the actuator. It's hardly used so guessing sitting there for prolonged times can be enough for it to build up. Gave it a good clean, and a little silicon grease. Still figuring out what the two grub screws are for at the top. Look like a service points, but can't see it to be used for oiling actuator as there's water in there. Thank you for your quick response

Hi, my kranzle is only giving low pressure that red nob usually springs out when I pull the trigger on lance but has stopped doing that, resulting in low pressure I adjust it but no difference?

Bought one of these brand new, 1152 tsp , £750 from a main dealer, pulsing straight out of the box, checked the unloader and the soap pick up hose junction for grit, nothing! At least the Karcher with its crappy plastic pump waited 5 years to start it! Best in the world, bombproof, never give bother!.........yea right, going back for another crappy karcher.
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
An brand new 1152tst pulsing straight out of the box, sounds like the outlet “back stroke” valve needs reseating & would be a 5min fix for the dealer you bought from. It is uncommon for a new machine to do that so you are unlucky, but hey that’s why you get a proper warranty 👍 hope you get it sorted and don’t get to disheartened

Thanks for the prompt reply! Just bugs me a brand new unit has to be messed about with, don’t suppose you have and vids or links as to how to do that? Dealer is over an hour away from me and god forbid I let them fix it and it happens again!

How do I adjust the psi I noticed mine only goes to 1300 when it’s rated for 1800. Also need to state is I barely use mine and don’t have much knowledge about these pressure washers 😬
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
Normally screw the red knob in all the way, Sometimes if it’s mot set right and the red knob stops before getting to full pressure you may need to adjust the 2 nuts a few threads

Hi, How to modify a Kranzle HD 7/122 becomes a HD 7/122 TS, using original parts?
@KranzlePressureWashers3 жыл бұрын
Only a few 7/120’s where made with a pump that you convert to the TS by adding the switch and piston, if you don’t have that style pump then it would be too expensive to convert

My kranzle 1322ts is surging when stopped. When the trigger is pressed it works fine. No drop of pressure on gauge when pressed. When the trigger is released it surges every 15-20seconds. What would cause this issue? Thanks

Check for any small leaks anywhere 1st If not that the back stroke ball may need reseating

Can I heck find a 8mm socket with a thin enough wall to fit.
@KranzlePressureWashers Жыл бұрын
The 8mm nut should not be screwed into the red knob it’s only there to stop the knob unscrewing and coming off, if the threads are gone and the knob can’t screwed in to reveal the nut, you may be able to hold the nut with a small screwdriver and turn the knob to take the nut off
@falcondetailing2564 Жыл бұрын
@Kranzle Pressure Washers got it off...the threads stripped down by the 2 10mm nuts shards of what I assume is the washer in the thread too that's why the red handle popped all the way back I think. If I Spin the handle all the way to the spring it doesn't tighten there just spins...New part needs ordering...least I found the fault thanks to your video mate
