How come on every youtube video nuts, screws and other stuff are so easy to remove and when I try at home all nuts are like welded together. The contra nut on tie rod on my Q5 is impossible to remove.

Use rusty bolt penetrating spray couple of times and let it sit in between (not wd40, it will not help with rusty bolts much) need to use more specific spray.

Do you need to fill the outer tie rod boot with grease?

Why didn't you guys do the inner tie rod ends too isn't that recommended to do both?

Never removed a tie rod end without a joint splitter. Even using a splitter it can be very hard to remove.
