The video is good but the music is better! Anyone know 1) are both L and R tie rod ends threaded the same (right hand threaded), or is one side left hand thread? and 2) is taper "standard" (e.g., same as you might find on a JEEP or Toyota? Hoping a Terraflex tapered insert will work for a knuckle over conversion. Thanks (seriously, great video).

You DON'T always.......Most of the time if you know what you are doing and remember when you take the old one off when putting on the new one!!

As long as you count the number of turns to remove it , then do the same when installing it you should be good .

Do they call Tie Rods "Track Rods" in the UK? In the US we call that a Outer Tie Rod End.

Thank you for your feedback! These are different car parts. Track rods are fitted to each end of the steering rack, and are adjusted to set the tracking.Tie rods connect the suspension to the body work to keep the wheels in line. Best regards, Autodoc!
